Other Ingredients: Flavours, Vegetable Gum (Guar Gum), Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin), Sweetener (Sucralose)

Allergen Statement: Contains Milk and Soy. May Be Present: Peanuts, Tree Nuts and Sulphites. Gluten Free.

Add 1.5 scoops (Approx. 40g) to a blender or shaker with 250mL of cold water, milk (and milk alternatives) and blend or shake for 20-30 seconds until completely dispersed.

For best results, take 1-2 serves per day in addition to regular meals. Consume within 30 to 60 minutes after finishing exercise to support fast recovery.
