Shipping & Return Policy

  • Shipping:

Australian Muscle Endeavours to provide the best shipping possible. For this reason we use Couriers Please for all Fixed Adresses. Couriers Please use Express Courier services to all Fixed Adresses Nationwide! In the event of PO Boxes, Locked Bags etc. or any other address location that Couriers Please may deem as undeliverable, Australia Post is utilised in these circumstances.


Shipping is currently FREE on ALL Orders Australia Wide regardless of quantity. We currently do not offer International Shipping through our website but if you are after products to be sent overseas please email and we will be able to give you a quote on Shipping Costs if we are able to send to your location.


  • How Long does Shipping Take?:

Australian Muscle knows how important you supplements are to making to you gains so we endeavor to get your orders out as quick as possible. Same day shipment occurs for ALL orders (When Stock Allows) placed before 2pm ACST (Australian Central Standard Time). For All Orders placed after 2pm ACST Shipment will generally occur the following day but in some circumstances they will be same day.


For Local Orders (South Australia) you can generally expect next day arrival of your order assuming your order processing has occurred before 2pm. For Urban Areas of Victoria orders in some circumstances you can experience next day delivery but generally please allow 1-2 Business Days. For Urban Areas of Sydney & Brisbane please expect 2-3 Business Days for arrival. Northern Territory & Western Australian Orders please expect up to 4-7 Business Days. For all Rural Areas in those particular states expect 1 Day extra for delivery but in some circumstances they can be faster.


In some circumstances Delivery may be Faster or Slower than expected. If you are having any issues or queries about your order please email and we will do our best to help you out in any manor possible.


  • How Do I Track My Order?:

Tracking Details for all orders shipping to a Fixed Adress will be emailed out along with order confirmations. Fixed address orders will be supplied with a tracking number courtesy of Couriers Please which you will be able to entire via their website or by following the link here:


Tracking details for any order shipping to a PO Box, Locked Bag or any order that is shipped via AusPost can have their Tracking Number emailed out separately but there may be a day break in between confirmation and this email. Again, if there are any queries on this please email


  • What is our Refund/Replacement Policy?:

We Endeavour to bring you the best service possible so we hope there is never a need for a Refund or Replacement. However, in the event that this is necessary we will endeavor to make sure both parties interests are looked after.


If your product is faulty or damaged please email and we'll make sure you are looked after accordingly. In some circumstances pictures may be required to help fix any issues with your order. Each circumstance is different so we will do our best to ensure you are adequately looked after whether that be with replacement stock or refunds.


In the event that you have simply changed your mind on a product or you have ordered the wrong size or flavour then it is your responsibility with your stock. We will do our best to come up with a result that will result in you receiving your desired stock but in these circumstances no refunds will occur.

  • Sale/Discount & Promtional Information:

At Australian Muscle we Endeavour to bring you the best prices possible on a Huge range of Australian and International Brands! Due to this we are continuously having specials and items at clearance pricing. These products cannot and will not have any further discounting applied to them unless previously discussed or promoted. Products excluded from discounts may include particular brands, types, stacks or clearance items. For any information regarding product discounting please email


Australian Muscle also provides 1 Sale Weekend per month called Super Saturday. We offer 15% OFF ALL Products (Specials Excluded) for his weekend. A discount code is used which will automatically apply to your order total. This will of course exclude any products that are exempt from discounting. 


  • Are we going to be stocking (insert brand here) anytime soon?:

We are always looking for New Brands and Products to fill our ever expanding inventory but sometimes it is hard to stock all products available. If however you are a supplier/distributor of a product we currently don't stock or if you are a customer and have a product you believe that would suit our range please email and we'll look into the possibility of stocking your request.

In some circumstances we may be able to order one off products in for customers. This is in rare circumstances but if possible we will do our best to either get you the product you are after or point you in the direction of one in similar nature. 


  • I Need Help with finding which product suits me:

We understand how difficult it may be finding a product that is suitable for you. There's so much advertising out there that contradicts each other that makes everyones lives more difficult when deciding which product is best for you.
