Hydrolysed Collagen Protein

Hydrolysed Collagen Protein enables your body to absorb protein faster and easier than a whey protein. Studies have shown that Collagen protein can be absorbed within 30 minutes, where as a whey can take several hours, along with the increase in absorption comes a greater bioavailability.

Carbohydrates

Carbohydrates are a key factor in growth and unfortunately often overlooked Mad Gains is a complex blend of Maltodextrin, Waxy Maize Starch and Potato Starch. By using the blend instead of the traditional use of just Maltodextrin it enables the carbohydrates to release at different times and has been shown to and can also aid in a more sustained energy minimising the crash.

Creatine Monohydrate

Creatine Monohydrate has also been added to ensure your body has stores of creatine for increased benefits.
