BEFORE TRAINING: Consume 1 or 2 serves, 20 minutes prior to training, in 350 / 700 ml of ice cold water.

AFTER TRAINING: Consume 1 or 2 serves in 350 / 700 ml of ice cold water immediately after training.

NON TRAINING DAYS: Consume 1 or 2 serves in 350 / 700 ml of ice cold water between meals.

Maximum of 2 servings per day. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C and consume within 90 days after opening seal. Do not expose to excessive heat or moisture.
