Max’s Protein Blend: Whey Protein Concentrate (Milk), Milk Powder, Whey Protein Isolate (Milk)

Muscle Growth Support Complex: Creatine Monohydrate, Medium Chain Triglycerides, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Glutamine

Other Ingredients: Cocoa Powder, Flavours, Vegetable Gum (Guar Gum), Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin), Sweetener (Sucralose)

Add 1.5 scoops (Approx. 40g) to a blender or shaker with 250mL of cold water, milk (and milk alternatives) and blend or shake for 20-30 seconds until completely dispersed.
