GEN-TEC NUTRITIONS PROTEIN CUSTARD is a premium quality, dessert style, slow digesting milk protein sourced exclusively from New Zealand. PROTEIN CUSTARD is designed to support your efforts of supplying a sustained release of essential amino acids to your muscles aiding recovery and muscle growth during sleep or other times of fasting. That is why we have blended a premium casein milk protein exclusively sourced from New Zealand. Containing high amounts of branch chain amino acids and L-Glutamine pre-cursors. PROTEIN CUSTARD has an ideal amino acid profile for bodybuilders and strength training athletes with the goals of increasing lean muscle mass and improving recovery. The premium slow digesting protein is optimal for consumption before short periods of fasting such as sleep, as it digests considerably slower than whey protein. 

Casein, Skim milk powder, Flavour, Emulsifier (soy lecithin), Natural colour (beta carotene), Sweetener (sucralose).

Mix 40g (2 rounded scoops) in 150mL of cold water in a shaker, bowl or blender for a smooth, creamy, dessert style custard. Store in a cool dark place below 25°C.
